How do I apply?
Simply visit our website at nextpayday.com.au to apply. You can also access our service via any mobile device.
When can I apply?
Next Pay Day is completely online so we can receive your applications 24/7. All you need is a device with internet access. Our customer support hours are 8am-8:30pm AEST, 7 days a week.
Am I eligible for a Next Pay Day loan?
If you’re 18 or over, an Australian resident and can afford repayments, then you are eligible for a Next Payday loan.
What if I receive the Pension or am unemployed?
If you are unemployed we are unable to assist you. However you may still be eligible for a Next Pay Day loan if you receive some form of Government benefits, it just can’t be your primary income source.
How much does it cost?
Our costs are straightforward, however if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask us:

- Establishment Fee: 20% of loan amount
- Monthly Fee: 4% of loan amount
When will my repayments be taken out?
We match your repayments with your payday frequency whether it be weekly, fortnightly or monthly. For example, if you are paid fortnightly your repayments will be taken out each fortnight.
Complaints
While we strive to provide you with the best service in the industry, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you choose to make a complaint to us, please call or email us at customerservice@moneyspot.com.au

We’ll reply to your complaint within 48 hours either requesting further information and/or setting out a process and timeframe to resolve it. We’ll also provide you regular updates so you know it is being acted on.
If you’re not satisfied with our proposed resolution, or it takes longer than 30 days, you may contact FOS an independent external dispute resolution service, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service. Their processes are impartial, independent, and free to our customers.
