TRADE PROMOTION COMPETITION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter
    The Promoter is Lazer Services Pty Ltd trading as Next Payday (ABN: 25 628 622 275), located at 7-11 Little Buckingham St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
  2. Promotion Period
  • Start Date: 11:59 AM AEST on 8 September 2026.
  • End Date: 11:59 PM AEST on 30 September 2026.
  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
  1. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who are existing customers of Next Payday and hold an active loan account that had two or more uncleared payment attempts, as at the Start Date.
  • This promotion is exclusive to a select group of approximately 400 eligible past-due accounts.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are excluded from entering.
  1. How to Enter
    To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:
  • Be an eligible customer who has received a promotional sms/email from us.
  • Successfully repay their full outstanding loan balance so that their Next Payday account balance reaches zero ($0).
  • Entry is automatic upon payment clearance and closure of the past-due balance during the Promotion Period.
  • Limit of one (1) entry per person.
  1. The Prize
  • The prize is $1,000 cash.
  • The prize money will be deposited directly back into the bank account originally used by the customer to fund their Next Payday loan.
  • The total prize pool value is $1,000 AUD.
  1. The Draw & Winner Selection
  • The winner will be determined by a random electronic draw.
  • The draw will take place at 12PM on Monday October 5 at 7-11 Little Buckingham St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
  • The first valid entry drawn at random will win the prize.
  1. Winner Notification & Publication
  • The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
  • To protect customer privacy, the winner’s full identity will not be disclosed. The winner will be published using their first initial, the first letter of their surname, and their suburb/state of residence (e.g., J. S*** from Surry Hills, NSW) on this webpage on 5 October 2026 for a minimum of 28 days.
  1. Redraw (Unclaimed Prize)
  • If the prize cannot be successfully deposited into the winner’s account (e.g., due to a closed or invalid bank account), or if the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to verify their details within three (3) months of the original draw, the prize will be forfeited.
  • The Promoter will make only one (1) attempt to deposit the funds into the account on file, and send a maximum of one (1) follow-up email seeking alternative account details if that deposit fails. If no response or valid account is provided within the 3-month period, the original winner completely forfeits the prize.
  • In the event of forfeiture, a random electronic redraw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 5 January 2027 to determine a new winner, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
  1. Privacy & Marketing
  • By participating in this competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may use the personal information collected to administer the competition and manage their account in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at [Insert Link to Privacy Policy].
  1. General Conditions
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or whose repayment is bounced, reversed, or dishonoured.
  • The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
